Building Bridges for Stronger Movements: Perspectives on Feminist Trans and Gender Diverse Activism

Connecting New York to Bangalore, this event will interrogate how trans, intersex and gender non-conforming defenders from the Global South face exclusion from CSW. We will discuss the current landscape of anti-rights movements and how these trends manifest in global spaces such as at CSW, as well as national and regional contexts. We’ll also highlight opportunities to address these challenges through cross-movement mobilization, fundamentally evoking the connectedness of all our struggles. #AWIDatCSW #APortalToFeministPower Video by YouTube channel.
