Photography, filming, recording and the use of presentation materials.
Last updated: 24 September 2026
Global Women's Week programs, online and in person, may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed and archived. This release explains how those materials may be used. By registering, applying, or taking part as a speaker, moderator, performer, exhibitor or attendee, and by ticking the consent box on our forms, you agree to the terms below.
Permission to record and use
You grant Global Village Group, organizer of Global Women's Week, together with its key partner Persian Awards and its affiliated and co-hosting organizations, the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to photograph, film, record and livestream your participation, and to use, edit, reproduce and publish these materials, including your name, image, voice, likeness and approved biography, for promotional, educational, documentary and archival purposes, in any media, including the website, social media, podcasts, press and printed materials.
Your presentation materials
Speakers keep ownership of their original materials (slides, texts, artworks, films and similar). You grant us permission to share the approved recording of your session and short excerpts or images from it. You confirm that you have the rights to any content you present, including music, images and video, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
If you prefer not to be recorded
Please tell the organizing team in advance through the contact form. Some sessions require recording consent; where possible we will consider alternative arrangements, such as seating outside camera areas or not publishing a particular recording.
Recording by participants
You may share approved public content. Recording private sessions, workshops, closed roundtables or other participants without their permission is not allowed.
No payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, no fee or royalty is payable for the use of these materials.
Withdrawing consent
You may ask us to stop using a specific photo or recording of you in future materials. We will make reasonable efforts to do so, but we cannot recall materials already printed, broadcast or shared by third parties.
